I love a good burger now and then, and in turn, I am teaching my daughter to love burgers, too.
The problem with loving burgers, though, is that most of them, excepting the backyard variety, are confined to stadiums, fast food chains, and corporate restaurant empires. Burgerville, a Northwest burger chain, is the first chain that has convinced me that it’s possible for fast food to operate under a sustainable model.
